Full flavoured yet finely structured, the Chardonnay offers a unique expression of our vineyard. Layers of flavour are developed from the finest of clones, natural fermentation and minimal handling of the wine. A finish that is polished and befitting of the man himself, best enjoyed with the finest of crustaceans, the yabbie, or if you can’t find one, try lobster bisque.
